These are large signature vases from Sultan. The diameter of the opening is 3.5cm or 1.6 inches, which fits a size 29 vase gasket.
These Sultan bases are heavier and more stable than KM bases.
The great thing about this base is the clear glass, a bit of frost, and several "Sultan" charachters on the base. While smoking there will be a great contrast between the water and smoke.
